When the standard catalogue is not enough, we design and manufacture step drills, form end mills and application-specific solid carbide tools to your drawing – in our own production in Turkey.
For a custom tool, diameter, step length, point angle, helix and coating are defined by your application. Tools are manufactured on a Walter Helitronic Mini Power CNC tool grinding machine, and finished tools are 100% measured on a ZOLLER Genius 4. If the standard step drills in the catalogue (D181, D181F) do not fit your part, we make the tool to your drawing.
