Importe en un solo paso todos los códigos del catálogo con sus medidas en su sistema CAM. Los valores iniciales proceden solo de las tablas de datos de corte del catálogo Geppetto.

Fusion JSON
Archivo de importación para la Fusion Tool Library: tipo, d1, d2, l1, l2, R, ángulo, Z y recubrimiento; valores iniciales por material para las herramientas con datos de catálogo.
CSV
Tabla separada por punto y coma para hojas de cálculo, ERP y gestión de herramientas, con enlace CAD por código.
Símbolos ISO 13399
Tabla simplificada con columnas DC, DCONMS, OAL, APMX, LU, RE, SIG, NOF (no es un paquete ISO 13399 completo).
CSV de datos de corte
Datos de corte del catálogo por herramienta, con página y fila de tabla de origen.
Importar en Fusion
- Descomprima el archivo.
- En Fusion abra Manufacture > Manage > Tool Library.
- Clic derecho en Local > Import tool library y elija el archivo .json.
- Asigne el portaherramientas y ajuste LB (longitud bajo el portaherramientas) a su amarre.
Conviene saber
- Los datos de corte son valores iniciales de catálogo; verifíquelos para su máquina, amarre y material.
- Donde el catálogo no tiene tabla para la serie o el diámetro no se escriben valores iniciales; consúltenos.
- Los chaflanes de esquina no se modelan en Fusion; estas herramientas se importan como fresas planas.
- Los avances de penetración y rampa no figuran en el catálogo y quedan vacíos en las fresas.
- Las fresas MCR de redondeo y MCSR de segmento circular están solo en el CSV.
